Anna discovered Yoga while she lived in Hong Kong more than 20 years ago. She immediately connected to the practice and loved the way it made her feel. Since she did a lot of sports growing up in Stockholm, the physical practice of Ashtanga yoga resonated particularly well with her.
Later, a knee injury led her to explore and enjoy other yoga styles. She began to expand her boundaries and found that moving out of the familiar became an important aspect of yoga for her.
Anna thoroughly enjoyed diving deeper into the wisdom of yoga during the Bali Yoga Teacher Training in February 2018 and she is especially thankful for all the knowledge her teachers passed on to her. She is now looking forward to share what she learned and give back to the students at Bali Yoga Wien.
She teaches and motivates with a Dynamic Flow and deep relaxation techniques. Her classes are in English.
