Kathi came into contact with yoga over ten years ago. Since then, Kathi has practiced different styles in various studios around the world. She also spent some time in an ashram in India, where she could immerse herself deeper into the subject of yoga. Meditation, practicing Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, and taking long walks with her dogs as a balance to every day life.
